He felt satisfied that neither Your Excellency nor H.M. Government has been aware of all the facts and particulars which, as Trustees, we had a duty to bring before you. Our acceptance of that trust makes it obligatory upon us to see that the original intentions of all parties are faithfully carried out, to watch over the interests of both H.M. Government and the Community, and in doing so we cannot doubt that we shall have the countenance and support of Your Excellency.
